Baldwin-Burns Nu Sonic Electric Guitar (1960s – Natural Finish)

Baldwin-Burns Nu Sonic Electric Guitar (1960s – Natural Finish)

1 in stock

Nu Sonic, but can it play Nu Metal?

For sale here is a vintage Baldwin-Burns Nu Sonic electric guitar made around 1964-ish in the UK. It’s in great shape and sounds amazing — the Nu Sonic pickups were very common among early rock guitarists, most notably Brian May.

This one is stock sans the switch. It is a modern replacement. The original retainer nut for the original switch was missing when we got it and NOTHING in my parts stash or Haggtronix parts stash would fit, so we had to replace it. I will be including the original in case you wanna try to track down a nut.

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, lemon oiled the board, flushed the electronics, changed the strings and set the action low and smooth. Comes with a vintage gig bag. I pack my guitars up tight and insure every package for the full sale amount, so you can buy with confidence.

Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
