Six Flags Stratocaster Electric Guitar (2000s, Six Flags Logo Finish)

Six Flags Stratocaster Electric Guitar (2000s, Six Flags Logo Finish)

Man, talk about some childhood nostalgia! This thing has it in waves. I remember seeing these behind the game stands at Six Flags as a kid. I remember wondering who in their right mind would pump $2,000 into game plays to rack up enough points throwing balls, darts or discs to win a guitar.

WELL, now you don’t have to.  For pennies on the dollar of what you would have spend at Six Flags you can own this holy grail of 80s/90s kid nostalgia.

The action is decent and the pickups sound okay. (Better than I was expecting anyway.) It isn’t the gold standard of functionality or anything, but it is a remarkably passable.

Is it the greatest playing or sounding guitar you will ever find?  Probably not.
Is it a tribute to all things wonderful in the world?  Yes.
Could you play a show with it?  Oh, for sure.
Would you have a lot of fun conversations with strangers if you had this guitar? Most definitely.

I mean…..just look at it!  What more could you want?

As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, oiled the board, changed the strings, cleaned the electronic components and set the action as low as I could. This guitar has no gig bag or case. Due to the low cost of this guitar and the nature of its novelty, I am excluding this guitar from my returns policy. Sold “as described.”

Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
